What is actually established, and what is still moving?
The gap between what is adopted and what is reported is where most product data budget gets wasted. Each page here is a maintained view of one moving question, with the primary source and the date it was last checked on the page itself.
Six of the eight European horizontal DPP standards have their references published in the Official Journal, under the Annex to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/1736: EN 18216, EN 18219, EN 18220, EN 18221, EN 18222 and EN 18223. EN 18239 and EN 18246 sit outside that decision. A published reference is not a product-specific field list, and the standards pages say which is which.
The textile passport has no adopted delegated act. The Commission plans one, indicatively in Q4 2027, and the JRC supporting study published on 13 May 2026 is evidence of direction rather than law. The Green Claims Directive remains a proposal in an ongoing procedure.
The claims audit is the one to read first. It takes the claims that circulate about passports and checks each against the current primary source. A good number of them are not established.
Seven pages, rechecked rather than rewritten.
