01 / Organise · Brand consistency

Every product recorded.
Your whole range consistent.

The buyer wants a spreadsheet. The label supplier wants a barcode. Someone asks for the fibre composition again.

One governed record for every product in your range. Manage them together in one workspace, review the facts, see what is missing and approve what you share.

Published passports

Make approved product information accessible.

Packs and passports deliver only what you approve. Each product keeps its own record.

BRING IT TOGETHER

The facts you already have

Build from your product pages and supporting information. Keep composition, care, origin and identifiers together.

SEE THE GAPS

Know what needs your attention

See missing or conflicting information. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Unknown facts stay unknown until you confirm them.

APPROVE AND MAINTAIN

Keep records current through the ongoing service. Your live packs give buyers the latest approved information.

02 / Deploy and maintain · Keeping products current

Buyer packs

Choose a range or selection of products and share the approved information with your partners through one link.

Published passports

Give each product a published passport on dppcode.org. Its printed QR code can keep linking to maintained information.

Retailers may still ask for their own fields or templates. The pack gives you a consistent starting point.

PRINT

A fixed code. A living destination.

A printed QR code can keep linking to your maintained passport. Update the information at that destination without changing the printed code.

MAINTAIN

Useful beyond the first sale

Keep brand-provided care and repair guidance accessible. Safety or recall information can be published at the linked destination when needed.

Updating a linked page does not update downloaded files, change a product’s barcode identity or automatically notify everyone who owns it. Recall communications still need their own process. Partner systems only receive updates through a connection you have set up.

03 / Prepare for requirements · Navigating compliance

Build the foundation now.
Keep pace with what comes next.

Your product passport is the foundation. Retailer packs put that work to use now.

Build your product records around GS1 standards and prepare for evolving textile passport requirements under ESPR. Keep the facts and supporting evidence organised, with gaps visible for your brand to address.

We check and flag. Your brand confirms the facts and makes the required declarations. A passport alone does not establish compliance.

Now: build the foundation

Use your assigned GS1 barcodes with a GS1 Digital Link. Organise the evidence and make the gaps visible.

Q4 2027: planned adoption

The European Commission plans to adopt the textile delegated act in Q4 2027. This is not a confirmed deadline for brands to comply.

As the requirements develop

Final textile data requirements and implementation dates are still being defined.

TAGGING READINESS

Ready for QR, NFC and RFID tags

QR links work today. The product identity provides a foundation for NFC and RFID deployments, with the right tags and connected systems.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Connect product and performance

ActivateMeasurement is being developed to bring authorised sales and advertising inputs together. It is not included as a proven day-one measurement service.

Start with what you have

We do the groundwork.
You add what only you know.

We can build initial passports across your whole range from your public product pages before a first conversation. You review them, correct anything that needs attention and add what only your brand can confirm.

The information we may need from you

  • Applicable EPR registrations
  • Safety and fibre certificates
  • Factory identifiers
  • Substances declarations and applicable SCIP references
  • Applicable conformity documentation
  • Origin where your pages do not state it

These are information groups, not a promise that every product needs exactly six answers. Missing facts are marked “To come from brand”.

A straightforward starting point

Free to build.
Yours to keep or ignore.

Have a look at the work before deciding. Building the initial records, the brand page, search and claiming your workspace are free.

Keeping records live and updated and using ongoing retailer-pack services are paid. We’ll explain the plan before you choose it. Founding-brand offers are available, and we are still working with the first brands on retailer-pack pricing.

No obligation.

You stay in control of your information.

Correct a record or ask us to take it down. We handle takedown requests the same day.

Honest feedback is welcome. Leaving a review is entirely up to you.

Before you start

A few things you might be wondering.

Do I have to have a textile passport now?

There is no blanket requirement for all clothing brands to have one today. EU textile passport requirements are being developed under ESPR. The planned Q4 2027 adoption of the textile rules is not a confirmed compliance deadline. You can use the records and retailer packs before those requirements apply.

What does it cost?

Initial records and claiming your workspace are free. Ongoing updates and retailer-pack services are paid. Shopify pricing is on the app listing, and we’ll confirm any founding-brand offer before you subscribe.

Is my data public?

Published passports and searchable brand pages are public. Share only approved information. A pack configured for anyone with its link can be forwarded, so do not use it for confidential material. We can discuss the appropriate access arrangement before you share.

Can I correct or remove something?

Yes. Correct your records in the workspace or email hi@activatedigital.ai. Information from public pages still needs your review.

Does this work with Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. Install the Shopify app or the WordPress.org plugin using the links below. You can also send us your website to start a conversation about building your range.

What about selling into France and the EU?

Obligations depend on your products, markets and role. France already has textile EPR requirements that may apply to your sales. We help flag applicable requirements and information gaps; your brand remains responsible for registration, declarations and compliance.

Who is behind ActivateDigital?

ActivateDigital is operated by SIGNALANALYTICS.AI LIMITED, an England and Wales company, number 16798718. Founded by James Bradley, we build product identity and passport infrastructure for brands.
