What does the estate state, as data?
What DPP obligations apply, and when?
Three product categories have an adopted Digital Product Passport duty with a date on it. Batteries from 18 February 2027, detergents and surfactants from 23 September 2029 and toys from 1 August 2030. Everything else is either a measure an institution plans, or an obligation that is real and is not a passport: the unsold apparel and footwear destruction ban from 19 July 2026, PPWR from 12 August 2026, national right to repair measures from 31 July 2026, environmental claims rules from 27 September 2026 and EUDR from 30 December 2026.
Thirty-two rows, from two places and nowhere else. The DPP timeline is the category-by-category view with its own closed vocabulary of date types. The action radar is the instrument-by-instrument view with a status and a business action. Both are maintained pages carrying verification dates, and a row here that is not on one of them is a bug rather than an addition.
Status is normalised to four words so a machine can filter without reading prose. Adopted means a duty exists in law from that date. Planned means an institution has committed to a measure. Indicative means an official planning date that can move. Proposed means a text still in procedure. The page's own phrasing travels alongside, because the short word is a filter and the sentence is the meaning.
Eight rows carry a CELEX, which is every row whose source names an instrument number. JSON and CSV sit beside the table.
